PEANUT BUTTER CARAMEL SLICE (GF, DF, RSF, V)

This Peanut Butter Caramel Thick Shake is dairy free, refined sugar free, and guilt-free! Whether it is a post-workout drink, pre-work yum, midday pick-me-up, or after-dinner treat, it is always the right time for a Nuttabutta shake.

Serves: 1-2

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2-3 frozen bananas
  • 1/3 cup cashew milk (or preferred milk)
  • 2 tsp coconut sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • 2 tbsp Nuttabutta
  • pinch of salt

METHOD:

Place all ingredients into a high-powered blender or food processer and blend until smooth and creamy. Add more milk if required. Brush a swirl of Nuttabutta on the inside of your glass if you are feeling groovy, pour in the thick shake and serve!
