Choc-PB Acai Bowl 

Have you been wondering how to take your acai bowl game to the next level? Here you have it … Add NUTTABUTTA! This seriously delicious combination of berries, cacao and peanut butter makes for the most epic breakfast, lunch or just your everyday snack. Add some extra Nuttabutta on top and you have yourself one unbeatable Acai Bowl!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 packet frozen Acai
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ¼ cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 ½ tbsp Nuttabutta
  • pinch of salt
  • splash of coconut water
  • optional toppings: NuttaButta, blueberries, Vegan Nuttabutta Cups, coconut flakes, cacao nibs, buckinis, goji berries

METHOD:

Place all ingredients, except the toppings, into a high-powered blender or food processor and blend until combined. The less liquid you use, the thicker the smoothie will be. However, you may need to add more coconut water to help it blend properly.

Pour into a bowl and top with all your favourite goodies! We have chosen to use more Nuttabutta (of course!), one of our Vegan Nuttabutta Cups, some blueberries, coconut, buckinis, goji berries and cacao nibs.
